July 14, Fineko/abc.az. In June 2026, the average daily crude oil production in Azerbaijan totaled 456,000 barrels, unchanged compared to May.

According to OPEC’s monthly report,  the average daily oil production in Azerbaijan was 454,000 barrels in the 1st quarter and 457,000 barrels in the 2nd quarter. Thus, the quarterly figure grew by 3,000 b/d.

OPEC also notes that in 2025, Azerbaijan's average daily crude oil production reached 461,000 barrels (20,000 b/d less than in 2024).

Azerbaijan is a member of the OPEC+ agreement, which brings together OPEC countries and several non-OPEC countries that coordinate their oil production to maintain balance in the global market.

In addition, according to the agreements reached by the OPEC+ ministers, Azerbaijan's oil production quota is set at 551,000 b/d until the end of 2026.
