May 6, Fineko/abc.az. Working groups of various levels have been set up in the Ministry of Science & Education of Azerbaijan to launch activity of the Karabakh University, ABC.AZ reportd, referring to the State Agency for Science & Higher Education.

"The working groups are working in the appropriate directions. In case of any innovations, the public will be informed," the Agency said.

There was no appointment to the post of rector of the Karabakh University.
