July 15, Fineko/abc.az. Bank Respublika, one of Azerbaijan's leading financial institutions, has announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, demonstrating strong growth across key performance indicators.
According to the bank's financial statement, the highlights of the first half of 2026 compared to the same period last year are as follows:
Net Profit: Increased by 23.7% to reach 34.5 million AZN.
Net Operating Profit: Rose by 28.5%, amounting to 46.1 million AZN.
Total Assets: Grew by 2.2% to 2.72 billion AZN.
Total Capital: Expanded by 17.4% to reach 279.6 million AZN.
Loan Portfolio: Climbed by 11.5% to 1.70 billion AZN.
Net Interest Income: Increased by 17.4% to 95.8 million AZN.
Deposit Portfolio: Stood at 1.1 billion AZN, maintaining its position as one of the highest in the country's banking sector.
The bank also strengthened its financial stability, with the share of non-performing loans (NPL) dropping to 0.74% (down from 0.9% at the end of 2025). The Capital Adequacy Ratio (Tier 1) was recorded at 10.61% (against the regulatory requirement of 6.5%), and the Total Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 14.65% (against the regulatory requirement of 12.5%).
