Having spent the past year fortifying its governance model, the group is now advancing the founder's succession blueprint.

In accordance with the late designer’s instructions, the company is preparing to offload an initial minority stake of up to 15% to strategic suitors or through an IPO. With annual revenues standing at €2.2 billion, Armani's management aims to navigate broader luxury market headwinds while ensuring long-term financial flexibility and preserving brand autonomy.
