June 11, Fineko/abc.az. Emaar Properties has announced plans to develop a massive new urban district in Dubai covering 4.5 million square meters, with a total development value of AED 200 billion (approximately $54.5 billion).

According to ABC.AZ, the newly planned mega-district will accommodate around 150,000 residents across five distinct neighborhoods. The master plan includes the construction of residential high-rises, luxury villas, mansions, commercial office spaces, retail outlets, premium hospitality infrastructure, and public social facilities.

Under the development blueprint, the entire territory will be strategically divided into five specialized zones, featuring a central business district, a family-oriented quarter, and dedicated luxury villa communities.
