May 18, Fineko/abc.az. Annual price changes in the construction materials market of Azerbaijan have been announced.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that from April 2025 to April 2026, among the most expensive goods were: plastic windows (8.87%), window glass and water control devices (7.36% each), cement (6.07%) and parquet varnish (5.71%). The price of lambri also grew by 8.33%, showing a significant increase.

Among the most cheaper products are drywall (-17.41%), water-based paint (-1.38%), lumber (-1.69%) and parquet (-1.46%).

Price changes for other building materials were relatively insignificant and ranged within 0-5%.
